Absolutely delicious. I used a Cajun sausage and added some red pepper flakes because we like everything spicy! It was easy and quick to make.

How does Cabbage and Noodles taste if made ahead and served cold?

I’m not sure whether I’d make this again. It’s simple to make and my husband thought it was great. The fried sausage in it was my favorite and that is unusual for me as I love vegetables.
I found it to be rather bland.
