Holly, I have been trying for years to do a charcuterie board. I’ve clipped many photos to use as a map, but I have never made one. I would depend on my daughter to whip one up, because she was so good at it, but she is in California now with a husband and baby! This is exactly the “map” I needed to make my own. I don’t venture forth very much from the recipe. But I think I can do this. Thank you!!!

In answer to preparing xtra to refill, you could certainly do that or you can make 2 and swap them when picked over. This lets you assemble in the kitchen or elsewhere so you don’t disrupt folks working on your board. This worked for us when I was in the catering business.

I don’t understand why you feel the need to condemn the way we do things in America or what we choose to call it. No one asked for your stamp of approval. Just keep on scrolling, better yet, stay off of any site of anything made in America.

I Love Your Charcuterie Board ingredients. My Daughter in Law and I, both Love to make them for gatherings.(I always add Havarti Fill cheese to my tray. Thanks for all your recipes and ideas. I’ll be making your Feta pinwheels next, Bon Appetit!

Your board looks very appetizing and thank you for the ideas. I would have separate cheese and charcuterie boards as most vegetarians wouldn’t want to eat cheese form a board that has meat on it
