For a rare burger, you will want to cook to 120°F to 125°F internally. I recommend using a meat thermometer. It should only take a few minutes so I would begin checking early. I hope this helps!

Set fryer to 375 and 11 minutes cooking flipped after 6 minutes. Burgers were medium rare.
Used a Ninja Foodie Smart XL 4qt.

We really like the addition of the BBQ sauce. Even though I used 92% lean ground beef, they still turned out juicy.
