I intend to make this for two and serve over pasta. Would I be correct to cut the amount of shrimp in half (to say3/4 of a pound) and make the original amount of sauce or do I need to make additional sauce to coat the pasta?
Hi George, you would need to make additional sauce to coat the pasta. Check out our Garlic Shrimp Pasta recipe for a delicious sauce for pasta!
